His experience spans fine private households, listed and heritage buildings, and estates of many acres — property and grounds kept in quiet order, trusted contractors managed, valued vehicles maintained, and the countless small things attended to before anyone has to ask. It is work built entirely on trust, and on the discretion that comes with being handed the keys to someone’s home.

From the trades to household staff, every relationship on an estate is held by Malcolm himself — a single, trusted point of contact rather than an agency or a rotating cast of faces.

That instinct was formed early, in security-sensitive environments where confidentiality was a requirement rather than a courtesy — and it has stayed with him ever since.
